About Me

I proudly served thirteen years in the United States Marine Corps.  I performed several jobs in the Marine: aircraft electrician, avionics technician, Marine Security Guard, and base auxiliary security.  After departing the Marines, my family and I moved to Germany, where I started working as a computer instructor and technician at the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt.  During which I traveled to several countries to support the installation or repair of IT networks.  Currently, I am working as an IT specialist and Program Manager.

I got into fitness after I departed the Marines and had a medical emergency the doctors could not pinpoint.  I realized I had to start some fitness routine, and the best way to do that was to educate myself.  Because I was never a fan of running (I am not saying cardio is terrible), I started weight training.  And I have never looked back.  While educating myself, friends began asking me for exercise advice and training.  Enjoying helping people, I decided early on to embark on a new adventure and career. I am now a certified ISSA personal trainer and PN certified nutrition coach.

And I am here to help you with your fitness goals.

Why Me

After being a stay-at-home dad for six months, continuous off-and-on travel, and the death of my son.  I understand that life gets in the way of our fitness goals.  Too often, we put those plans on hold or stop and start, and I sometimes still do this to this day due to work.  No matter what, my goal is one percent better each week; if you are ready, I can help you work towards being one percent better.
